I received a email from my CSA apologising for not receive my email which I had sent on 17th. Lucky I had sent her an email through 24/7 about that email, so everything is settled. I called her today to get my SS's contact details and to clarify that the glass balustrade continues around the stair void on the first floor. I received my tax invoice for the base stage today :( . I told my CSA that the SS has not contacted me as yet and she was surprised that he has not called me to introduce himself at this stage. She informed me that she had left him a voice message to call me. I will probably give him a call tomorrow if he doesn't call me before lunch to arrange for a site meeting. Hopefully he will be a nice and helpful guy who orgainised and efficient.
